Boris Köpplinger has been working for emphasis since 1998. He supervises and optimizes the entire process of recruitment, creation of online and offline survey instruments, fieldwork of our quantitative projects, data collection and data analysis, online reporting, analysis with SPSS, Tables and Excel and preparation of PowerPoint charts.

Together with Dorian Maier he develops our dashboards.

Boris Köpplinger is furthermore responsible for the in-company training of all emphasis employees in SPSS and MS Office and is contact person for our cloud provider.

Before joining emphasis, he worked as research associate at the chair for economic geography at Regensburg University for several years.

He studied geography at Regensburg University with a focus on economic- and social geography as well as statistics and macroeconomics. Focus of his studies was quantitative methods of empirical social research.
